R. Manandhar is a professional trainer, executive life coach and psychological counselor. With two decades of leadership and managerial experience in international organizations under his belt, he has been helping people better develop their personal and professional excellence for the last seven years. His programs have touched the lives of hundreds of people, who claim to have been positively transformed following their participation.

He is also a certified Mindfulness and NLP trainer from international institutes. He has received trainings on inspiring leadership, Gestalt, and Positive Psychology from internationally reputed trainers.

Mr. Manandhar, author of “Conscious Leadership: A Journey Within”, has been a regular columnist in several magazines including The Himalayan Times (Nepal’s No. 1 English daily) as a columnist of the ‘Leadership League’ since 2010.

Manandhar has been a Buddhist monk for five years studying and practicing Buddhism in Thailand. He is studying Eastern philosophy and practicing meditations.

Mr. Kiran Gulrajani is the founder CEO of Co-Evolve (formerly Eternale Learning), Pune, India. He has designed and facilitated near to 500 programs over the last 12 years. His programs have touched people in more than 70 leading companies & 7000 people in diverse sectors and in different countries. His singular contribution has been developing over 500 facilitators and leaders at senior levels in major organizations. In Nepal only, Kiran has conducted over a dozen Leadership programs.

Kiran received a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur. He is a certified NLP Practitioner by the creator, Dr. Richard Bandler. He has close to 15 years of experience in training, consulting, marketing and leading change and has previously worked with ITC’s Packaging and HCL’s InfoTech business.

Mr. Deepak Sawhney is a credentialed coach by International Coach Federation, USA. Deepak’s niche is Executive & Business Coaching. He has achieved the credential of Associate Certified Coach (ACC) marking excellence.

Previously, he has gained more than 25 years of experience in leadership positions in sales, operations, learning and OD functions in large corporations in India. He has worked with Magma Fincorp Ltd, Karvy, Reliance Industries Ltd. and Bharat Petroleum Corp. Ltd.

Deepak has coached senior managers on issues related to business and breakthrough performances, along with leadership effectiveness areas. He has delivered programs to various companies working on variety of sectors such as IT, semi-conductors, services, manufacturing, media & communications.

Deepak has been trained on Executive Coaching with Marshall Goldsmith – world renowned coach at Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. He has further imbibed the coaching methodology propagated by David Rock– Results Coaching System. He has been licensed/certified on Thomas Profiling for Administration of Personal Profile Assessment (DISC). He has also been successfully managing COACHCONNECT program of Certified Financial Analysts (CFA) forum (700 members) IAIP.

Rajesh is a communication specialist, educator and growth strategist. He has over fifteen years of collective experience working with the development sector (I/NGOs), higher education institutions, and well-known companies and corporations in Nepal, India, and the UK.

From 2011 to 2015, he immersed himself in the area of training management and facilitation, working with esteemed organizations such as London Training Services, Kabule - the wise leader, and Growth Leadership Academy, and later in 2014 he founded the Nepal Speakers Bureau to promote speakers and coaches in Nepal. He specializes in training process management from need assessment, training design and delivery to evaluation. He has handful experiences in delivering the sessions in the areas of public speaking and presentation, social behavior change communication, team building and stress healing, mindfulness, and strategic leadership. In the session, he carries insights from his experiences and engages participants in a practical way that delivers an unforgettable learning experience, fulfilling the objectives of the overall session. He has served over fifty organizations and touched the lives of over 5,000 individuals through knowledge-sharing events, coaching, and mentoring.

He has received ToT from CPEC, Kathmandu University, and Master ToT from international coaches like Julia Ivanova from Denmark. In the course of professional development Rajesh has been the Civic Engagement and Leadership Fellow in the University of Pittsburgh, USA in 2015. His learning thrive continues by serving as teaching faculty of Shanker Dev Campus, Tribhuvan University in the area of Communication and leadership since 2017.
